HOW CAN I RETURN AN ORDER (FULLY OR PARTIALLY)?
You may return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. Once the returned items have been received and inspected, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
RETURN PROCESS

- Our customer service team will provide you with a return form.
- Return the items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
As order processing and shipping begin immediately after an order is placed, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
However, once you receive your order, you may return the items within the return period and receive a full refund.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 30 days and include a photo of the damaged item.
We will send you a replacement item free of charge. If the replacement item is still damaged after two replacement shipments, a full refund will be issued.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an item.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected the returned items (in undamaged condition), your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. To help speed up the process, please send us the return tracking number once your return has been shipped.
